Azuma Den celebrates two cuisines from East Asia, Japanese and Korean. From the kitchens of Japan, we highlight simplicity, elegance and seasonal ingredients and from the kitchens of Korea, we showcase bold flavours, fermentation and the subtle art of balancing all elements. These two kitchens combined over the flames of the hibachi grill provide endless opportunities to explore the cross over of cuisines and all the taste sensations they have to offer.

Led by Chefs Junho “Luffy” Koh and Jun Kim, Azuma Den’s menu is crafted around the hibachi grill, where every dish is touched by flame and shaped by skill.
